Job Description:

  • Sales Generation: Contribute to the team revenue in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing prompt and accurate information, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation: create sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining sales records, preparing sales documentation, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and appointments.

 

Education & Skills Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certifications in relevant fields is accepted.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the marine or similar industry is useful
  • Industry Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the marine or similar industry, including knowledge of similar products, services, market trends, and customer needs is useful.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and review company policies.
  • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Documents drafting, including letter or email.
  • Support projects and co-ordinate Company activities as assigned.
  • Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.
  • Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.
  • Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
  • Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.
  • Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
  • Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, organized, meticulous and independent.
  • Advantageous for candidate who has relevant experience and or knowledge in ISO.
  • Good written and spoken language skill.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.

Job Description:

  • Support Sales Executive and coordinate sales-related activities within the organization.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
  • Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure seamless flow of delivery to customers.

  • Attending to phone queries, emails and messages.
  • Prepare reports which include Weekly Sales Tracking, KPI and EXCO.
