Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
  • To handle daily sales of customers
  • To assist team members/ any other sales support activities as required
  • Identify  leads and grow them into key customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits
  • To assist performance tracking of customers
  • To familiarize self with products, marine and related industries
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ ITE Certification
  • Candidate must have basic electrical/ engineering knowledge
  • No prior experience may apply
  • Processes communications and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn and positive attitude
  • Adaptability and willingness to undertake challenges.
  • Must be a team player
  • 5-day work week, Company transport provided

Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining existing client accounts through regular customer visits
  • Attend to sales enquiries and generation of orders documents
  • Liaise and coordinate with customers to ensure efficient pre-sales and post-sales service
  • Monitor the delivery schedule and communicate with customer
  • Working with various departments to ensure timely shipments and fulfillment of customers’ order
  • Achieving Sales Performance targets
  • Explore business opportunities and expand market share

 

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / ITE in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
  • Business travel opportunities (local and overseas)
  • Highly motivated and resourceful, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of performing in fast-paced environment
  • Able to start work within a short notice period.
